"Convenient for layover at odd hours. They have a 24 hours convenient store on site so you can get some food/necessities even arriving late.
It is not a walkable distance from the airport, they do have free shuttle during the morning and evening - outside of their clock, you can use the airport free shuttle too (but it could be confusing and might take a bit of walking after getting off) - we turned out got off at the wrong stop and went by a taxi instead. I suggest to just take a taxi if you can’t use their own shuttle.
Room is spacious for japanese standard. Overall a good option for layover for a night."
"Excellent hotel! Stayed for three weeks and it was delightful. Staff were so kind. Amenities were fantastic and very clean. The location was great as well."
"Excellent location as near subway stations.
Room is clean and practical - not a large room as it's in the middle of a major city but it has everything that you need in great condition. Coin washing machines/dryers available in the building. Breakfast is busy from 8am onwards so prepare to wait a short time (less than 5 minutes). Staff are excellent. "
"There’s varied selection for breakfast and it’s worth the price, the staff has been helpful and understanding (thank you, Joy!), the gym is great and they even have a laundry room! Absolutely enjoyed my time here."
"Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities were clean but noticed there were a few gamblers that took over all the couches in the lobby area, either sleeping or laying down that made me feel just a little out of place. "
