"The hotel is overstaffed. The staff is too eager to help, to an annoying degree. I suspect they are cadging for tips. Fewer but more professional, staff would be best. Most annoying are the guys standing outside the door with a list who stop you from getting to the desk. Fire some of the staff and you have a great hotel."

"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."
