"It was a nice stay. Pool restaurant and bar staff were great. Rooms are very clean. Coffee shop could have more option for non dairy items. They only had milk. The lounge chairs for the beach were terrible. Old, dirty, ripped and definitely time for an upgrade. Also, a leak from balcony above happened and woke up to a big puddle on our balcony. All in all it was nice but I wouldn’t say memorable. "
"The room was very dirty. The sink still had soap residue from bar soap, shower drain was full of hair, half used shampoo bottles were left on window ledge. I believe the refill as the ones left for us were not sealed. Toilet brush was full of feces. No glasses in bathroom to rinse your teeth/mouth.
Entry to the keybox was frustrating as every time you put the code in and start to pull open for the key, the code numbers would move.
Lampshade was full of holes and the base was rusted out. We requested extra pillow and towels, but management never responded.
Air conditioning was great as was the fridge/freezer"

"Our stay at the La Concha was much needed and refreshing! The room was clean, the lobby impeccable, and the staff was top notch. Whether you're chilling in their pools or relaxing beach side, towels and drinks are always nearby. We'll be back especially since the casino is pretty much in-house!"
"Hospitality was nonexistent beyond the check in at the front desk. The kitchen and bar staff were rude and disrespectful when we ordered appetizers and drinks after our day out at the beach. There was construction the entire duration of our trip which made finding rides a bit challenging. I had to overhear several fights that happened in my hallway. As a single female traveler, I prioritize my safety and do not mind paying extra for a resort type of stay, this was not it. I had a nice vacation, but will not be staying here. I would not recommend, especially if you’re looking for a resort or traveling on your own."
"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been.
The walls are cardboard, I listen to loud, drunk, people walking by the halls during night. At morning I had a door that opened and close, right by my room, making a loud noise since very early, making impossible to sleep.
The shower didnt have s decent curtain, making the whole bathroom wet.
I even had a reservation for an extra night and cancelled it. "
