"The room was very pristine as well as the entire building. The location was excellent, located near shops and restaurants. Building inside was quiet. All the amenities were functional."
"Really nice hotel with wonderful staff. I actually ended up with food poisoning after eating oysters at the Porto market and when I told the staff at the hotel that I'm not feeling well and that I am a solo travelling female, they noted it down at reception and checked up on me. Also gave me a big bottle of water to make sure I rehydrate. I cannot fault anything. Really lovely hotel, ideal location, wonderful staff and clean comfortable rooms."

"I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel, it was in a convenient location and the staff was excellent. I would say the only downside was the toilet and shower stalls. Both of the stalls have glass doors, which are see through and do not close securely. If you’re staying by yourself it’s fine but if you’re sharing a room, you have next to no privacy. I would not choose it again if I was sharing."
"Great location 15-min walk from the riverfront and most attractions. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. Room service in our case didn’t when we asked."
