"NO ICE IN ENTIRE HOTEL. SUGGESTED THAT MY WIFE WALKS TO A BAR BY HERSELF AT NIGHT AND ASK FOR ICE????!!! No ice, so she chose to walk down the street and purchase food to get A CUP of ice. Totally unacceptable at a luxury hotel. Filed complaint with Hotels.com"
"Location coukd not be better. The room was very comfortable, clean and with all necessaryamenities. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only criticism we have is that the pillows could be of better quality and more comfortable. Having extra pillows in the closet or a pillow menu upon request would have made our stay close to perfect. We went to Buenos Aires for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable and a trip to cherish."
"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"
