"The whole experience was great. The staff were attentive and catered to our needs. We had one incident at check out where the staff were trying to charge us for excursions that we already paid for but that could have been miscommunication on the staff's behalf. Overall a good stay at this location . The rooftop has amazing views of the pyramids and the food has traditional Egyptian cuisine."

The elevator did not work
We stayed for 4 nights and they don’t come to change the room.
At the end, they will change you for anything. The blanket had. Stain before and they wanted to charge me the whole blaket, a towel and and pillow case .. we ended paying $30US extra for nothing. This is in downtown a lot of noise"
