"The staff are awesome and so professional. They were all so attentive especially Catherine the bar manager on the 5th floor. She made my dining experience extra special by recommending several delicious choices from the menu. This was my second stay in three years and I would stay there again. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was weak (the blower output at a low CFM) and almost at room temperature. I experienced the same thing my first visit. Other than that it is a fine establishment with excellent food. They make you feel at home"
"I enjoyed my stay at Nairobi Safari Club. The staff were friendly especially Abby. I had a breakfast issue bcoz I made my booking online but she handled that issue professionally. The only downside is that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Rooms and bathrooms can use a facelift and the towels are too old and worn. For that caliber of a hotel, newer towels is a small price to pay. I look forward to going back there in a near future. "
"The hotel is in a very good location for walking into the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes.
The hotel is situated in spacious grounds with a very well maintained gardens , ample car parking and a large clean pool .
The staff were all very friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face .
The rooms are very clean and there are various eating places to enjoy a really extensive menu with great dishes . The prices are also very reasonable for a top hotel and the sports bar was efficiently run by Samuel and Evans.
We were there for one week and it’s a must stay hotel if you are in Nairobi
