"You can't go wrong when you stay in a hotel that is strategically located right at the heart of Nanjing Road West, the shopping district and pedestrian mall. The Bund is only a few hundred meters down the road. In addition, Hop On Hop Off busses are close by.
The room is well furnished, clean and comfortable to be our home away from home during our stay in Shanghai."

"Rooms arrangements was unacceptable. Reservations was made for 2 rooms but was assigned to 21 & 12 floors which required a different access cards. Such arrangements created significant inconvenience for my elderly parents who needs assistance. This set up made it difficult to support them and caused unnecessary stress for our stay.
Your staff gave reasons as too many tour groups over weekend that made reservations 2 months in advance. My reservation was made 3 months in advance. "
