This place was very convenient and was very nice and clean. We were able to use all facilities easily. The location was perfect to grab food and explore a bit. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Tokyo area. Apartment was very clean and in a great location- straight walk a few minutes from the train. The host was absolutely amazing. Great communication and very responsive and accommodating.
We had a long trip. Difficult to figure out the trains lol (By the way second day it's much easier. It was just cause we were sleep deprived)

This hotel is on par! They do not offer cleaning service everyday but they have rules for guests to follow to help maintain the rooms clean. They also have a kitchen and laundry access in the rooms which was a big help. If you need anything, there’s always a staff in the main lobby to help. Also, close location to trains. We will recommend this hotel to others and plan to rebook if we visit again.
A very pleasant place to stay, with a Family Mart right across, a hospital behind, and <10" from Ikebukuro Station, malls, and Much more. Very nice facilities, Excellent water pressure and temperature. My only issues were I dont think the room we had was swept in a while as under the beds were a bit dusty. I am a Travel Agent and visit lots of properties. Upon entering The Millennials Shibuya I was greeted by a contemporary and hip ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the unique "Smart Pod" experience. The pods, were comfortable, functional, and allowed for privacy. There was a sense of community and social interactions.

We enjoyed the hotel stay. There were 4 of us. Two college aged kids on the bunk bed side. Two parents were on the other side. It was good for privacy. There was a floor sitting area with cushions on the bunk bed side. A folding regular chair and a small folding table were provided if needed. The fridge was small, but adequate.
