"Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits."
"Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too."
"Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular.
On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better."
