"The hotel was cozy, but vintage and fancy. However, they had placed so many excessively old items that it was scary, making me feel like a ghost might appear. The location was good, with many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. The staff were also friendly."

"The host was very accommodating, allowing for an early check-in as our flights were in very early AM and we were traveling with kids. We arranged the airport pick up which was seamless, even though Grab was cheaper, the car we arranged for was the right size for us and luggage. I went in to this with my eyes fully open, don’t expect the rooms to look like the images which are clearly AI generated and you won’t be disappointed. For the price we paid for 2 apartments and length of time we stayed, I don’t think we could have done any better in other countries. The rooms are clean and tidy, with fresh bedding and towels and facilities to wash our clothes. There were ants but that’s pretty common across Vietnam and it wasn’t much of an inconvenience to us, just make sure you don’t leave food laying around. Kids loved the pool, had to ask how we gained access as it was a secure entry system and the host provided a QR code. Short term lets are illegal in Ho Chi Minh City, but don’t be put off, we didn’t have any issues here. Views from the apartments are stunning and it’s right next to the metro and a massive shopping centre."

"Firstly, the host, Phuong, was excellent in communication. he provided us with invaluable information about visiting Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam in general before and after arriving. These information will be highly useful for first-time visitors. Secondly, the apartment and building was clean, with good wifi and near a shopping mall. We recommend this place."

"Wonderful place and host! Very close to biggest shopping malls and restaurants! Have a small park on 8th floor for walk and swimming pool! Perfect for families and remote work! I enjoyed the view the most, giving me inspiration for my work. Phuong was exceptional as my host. he detailed instructions helped me navigating from A to Z. I like the way he was upfront about things and what to reasonably expect and be prepared."

"The place was beautiful! It was exactly like the pictures and so thoughtfully decorated. Phuong was a wonderful host and provided lots of useful and clear information, and everyone at the cafe downstairs was very friendly too. The location is very central, and even though it is in a busy area, the laneway and cafe feel so peaceful and secluded. It was a perfect place to stay."
