"More than 24hr before check-in, I requested Hotels.com Expedia to make a change in my reservation. They phoned 5 times but no answer. Upon arrival receptionist was not helpful/ friendly / unwillingly to acknowledge they dont answer phone calls. Daytime receptionist has no concept of customer service. He is rude and unhelpful. Unwilling to print out 1 page visa for us. Whereas nightime receptionist is more friendly /helpful & printed for us.
Blankets are never washed. They smell of body odour. Bathroom walls and tiles have black mold which is totally unsanitary!
Wifi is spotty. Buffet breakfast is decent. Location is convenient. Across from tv tower and park with I LOVE Brasilia sign."
