"Excelente estadía en el Hotel InterContinental. Todo impecable: instalaciones, atención y servicio de primer nivel. Un agradecimiento especial a Ricardo, del concierge, quien nos asistió de manera excepcional y organizó una excursión perfecta. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!"
"This place is nothing like pictures. Its very dated. The pool had missing tiles but staff was replacing and the glue they used stained all of our swimsuits. Hotel thought it would be ok because its not dangerous. Hallways smelled. "
"The hotel is esthetically pleasing. Everything is obviously new. Location was great. Close enough to the airport, and the action of bars restaurants & beach that was more of “the locals” beach…but still was set up with some plastic chairs to enjoy the ocean. Back to the hotel- the 2 elevators take forever, moving very slow between ground & the 18 floors. Especially during “rush hour” times. Specifically breakfast Buffett hours. No clear stairway-should you want to go from the restaurant on the 2nd floor down to ground.
The room we stayed in was “a presidential suite” the size was good. Very high ceilings & again very aesthetically pleasing. I think they’re still trying to figure things out though with items that are the norm in hotels. There were no wash clothes, and very minimal towels to use. No towel rack storage, nor no hook to hang up any towels. Minimal trash can. Closet was by the door that u enter- next to the living space. Just small things, that we noticed that we would typically take for granted. (Maybe these things wouldn’t bother you )"
"The staff was excellent. Everybody made sure you feel good and enjoy your stay. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend it. "
