"It’s in need of updates. Ac in our room broke and wasn’t fixed after letting them know first thing in the am until a second call was made at 5pm. The first fix was to open a window in +33degrees"
"Excellent beach view. The bath and pool towels were very old.l had a terrible experience because a termite infestation suddenly appeared in my room and I had to be moved. The lock on the terrace window didn't work."

"The music on the grass was very loud and made it hard to sleep. The only thing that was worse was a night with a wedding on the beach. At 12:00am I finally called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Even though it was a Hyatt event."
"It was the most stunning room with view we could ask for. Zero obstruction just ocean view and being able to see the city. I also loved, loved, loved allllllllll the amenities provided for us there were things there I didn't even know I needed until the time came when i realized and it was already there for us. Everything was so perfect and we want to come back already ❤️ it was a true paradise on Earth"
"I traveled with two kids and my husband. Overall, we had a good time. The location is beautiful right by the beach. The beach is clean no vendors harassing you. You are just steps away from the beach. Across the street from the hotel you have little stores and restaurants. as I mentioned I traveled with kids. one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the kids club. The kids club is very limited not very much activities. They only open for a couple hours. Another reason why I’m giving it three star is the lack of room service staff. The staff does not really answer the phone when you try to order and they have a charge every time you order. The choices of food at the resort were OK. The food was not bad, I just wish there was more choices. Overall, it was an ok resort. "
