"My stay at the signiel was great. The hotel was beautiful The ambience was great. The only problem I had was the time limit for breakfast between six and 10am and the breakfast did not varies. It was the same every day although it was beautifully presented. There was also hidden fees for example, the use of the sauna, and any item within the refrigerator for a price per night one our both should’ve been free"
"Nice hotel although disappointed as a five star hotel that we could not use the pool and experience was not great.
My sneakers were taken from my room, perhaps housekeeping disposed of it (not accusing any0ne of stealing it), it was a bit old but would have thought housekeeping would not throw out guests items until the end of their stay."
"The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order)."
"We only stayed overnight as we are traveling to Fukuoka by ferry the following day. The hotel was walkable from Busan Station and it only take us about 15 min. Loved the breakfast options. As we only have 1 full day to visit the places we wanted to see we check out early and leave our luggage at the lobby and came back in the afternoon to catch out ferry. Uber was so cheap so we didn't used the public transportation so we can go visit the beautiful places of Busan. There are convenience stores nearby; as well as. Closed to public transportation."
"This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back."
