"Wonderful property and hotel right in Terminal 2 at Heathrow. Easy to find when exiting the tube with good signage. It is about an 8-10 minute walk from the room to the terminal. Nice restaurants on site, although they were too rich for our blood given the poor USD-GBP exchange rate. A main highlight was the rooftop bar where you can sit outside and watch planes land and take off. A really nice way to spend our last night in London."
"Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away."
"Easy connection to T5 via pod transit . Good pub within 0.5 miles. Building design is a bit dated with no lifts . Friendly helpful staff. Good for an overnight airport stay."
"Room was ideal for a one night stay. Great for transport connections and nice neighbourhoods nearby.
The breakfast was good and they have gluten free options. My main issue was that we had to pay £3 for them to look after our bags for a couple of hours after check out (never had this happen before and this was not mentioned when we’d asked at check in if this was an option)."

On arrival we were greeting by Alchila who was very informative and soon checked us in.
The room was very clean and in good order and in the evening Vam looked after us in the bar.
A great experience overall and if in London again we would book this wonderful hotel."
