"Hotel has drinking water machine. Cleaning staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located by Taipei Main Train Station. But for a 5-star Hotel, it's a little outdated. The whole facility only has one washer and one dryer, and the open hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. But when we asked the front desk at the time checked in, we were told that the hotel has at least 30 machines. And the staff didn't informed us of the operation hours."

Only 1 restaurant called Japoli. Their service stuff can be forgetful. Less helpful . No proper introduction even when mentioned first time visit to the hotel and restaurant. But I do like the food selections"
