"The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to the centre of the historic town, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for, including an interesting tour of the restored Roman baths that remain in the basement."
"The hotel was centrally located and the price was good. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decorations was beyond impressive. It was a beautiful hotel and our room was very nice. However, this hotel does not accept credit cards, only debit cards. And this was possibly a miscommunication but the dinner was a la carte thereby costing much more than expected. The restaurant is also beautiful The wine and food were good but the service needed improvement."

However, this time it's different....
Exceptional cleanliness, a magnificent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff.
Don't let the fact that it's a 3-star hotel fool you; believe me, you can easily find a level of comfort here that you'd be hard-pressed to find even in a 5-star hotel. Are there no negative aspects at all? Yes, believe me, there aren't! ENDLESS THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE HOTEL OWNER MR. HRISTO, FOR MAKING US FEEL AT HOME..."
