"This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all.
I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama.
The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT reach them, either, and told me to take Taxi to get to the hotel almost midnight. I did not know whether there was anyone to check in at that time, so I had to request to cancel the booking and get refund.
I am very disappointed with Expedia's listing recently because I had a few unpleasant experiences with bookings on Expedia. I wish Expedia had a system to validate the listings and knew the properties' advertisement is honest."
"The breakfast was great, I only wish it opened at 6am (even in limited form) as we were only able to fully partake 1/3 days that we were there because of excursions and flights. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have an extra pillow available instead of only 3 on the bed. Views were great and the pool area had fun vibes!"

Amazing customer Service, the staff was wonderful and very professional. Breakfast was wonderful, varitey of food, drinks and fruits.
Staff in the breakfast area was very attentive. Especially Ms. Deyka. She had me a birthday cupcake and they sang Happy birthday for me. She was so sweet.

"Nice place located in the city limits and close to everything. Very nice view. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. Really liked the off street parki g garage that was FREE. ! Would definitely return on my next visit."
