Jaipur Marriott Hotel
"Staff was very helpful; breakfast was rich and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay."

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre by IHG
"I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 5-6 nights. It's a five star hotel but lacks that five star charm. Rooms are nice but dated and need updating. Staff was really nice and friendly with someone on front desk or floor always available to help you. Washrooms too need updating with all chrome taps and toilet seem so old and need replacing. I had to ask them to change the room asigned as it had a distinct smell & toilet seat had a permanent mark on it. Air-conditioning in the room is great but in lobby you feel the heat but it was 43 C outside. Breakfast in the 1st floor was fantastic and for INR 2200 it offers a lots of options and can also prepare almost anything, if you are looking for something specific. There's a small mall across and mcdonald next door. Over all its not a bad place to stay in Jaipur center."

Umaid Bhawan - A Heritage Style Boutique Hotel
"Staff were so helpful! Hotel was beautiful. Buffet was soooo good. Thanks Vy!!!"

The Oberoi Rajvilas
"A remarkable, unique property with superlative staff. Every need attended to, thoughtful touches, frequent check-ins with staff. The amenities (pool, bath/body soaps, buffet breakfast) are outstanding, truly an escape from the hot, hectic nature of Jaipur. Expansive resort, much more attuned with nature than a modern-style luxury hotel, or the old-world opulent converted palace alternatives."

Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar
"Excellent stay overall! Helpful staff"

ITC Rajputana, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur
"Room and staff were great but the food was terrible in 2 of their flagship restaurants"

Fairmont Jaipur
"We had the most unforgettable stay at Fairmont Jaipur while celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The hospitality was beyond exceptional and made our special occasion feel truly magical. The team went above and beyond to honor our anniversary with a beautifully decorated room filled with balloons and fresh flowers. The romantic setup was breathtaking, and the rose-filled bathtub was such a luxurious and thoughtful touch—it completely elevated the experience. Every detail felt carefully planned, and the staff made us feel so warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It wasn’t just a hotel visit—it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Fairmont Jaipur made our anniversary unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the memories created there. Highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in true luxury."

Taj Amer, Jaipur
"The hotel was located close to the Amber Fort. The staff was respectful and attentive. The breakfast was not included but we purchased it and felt it was good. The pricing was higher than listed in the Expedia property details. The room. was comfortable. Just make sure to keep a card in the alot by the door so the AC dies not turn off."

Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar
"Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and no sense of hospitality. It felt like the team had no training whatsoever. The most appalling experience was at Zeest Skybar. The restaurant manager’s behavior was outright arrogant, dismissive, and blatantly unfair. She enforced rules selectively — claiming weather restrictions for indoor seating, while allowing certain guests (notably those smoking) to occupy premium outdoor areas. This kind of biased and inconsistent behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management standards. Room service was equally frustrating, with delays exceeding 30 minutes and zero accountability. The staff was indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly untrained to handle even basic guest requests. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. The hotel fails on fundamental hospitality standards — professionalism, fairness, and service. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others before booking here. The only redeeming aspects were the early check-in, late checkout, and that t"
