"Hotel was situated in a good location with metro station access via the mall. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate with quite a bit of variety. My only complaint is a staff member working in the restaurant who would not give me a peppermint tea bag to bring to my wife in the room because she was not feeling well. We have as already pre paid for the buffet for the length of our stay. I had to speak to a manager/supervisor in order to get it. I expected better from a 5 star rated hotel."
"5 stars. The Kids Ocean View Suite exceeded all expectations and made our stay unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The experience created priceless memories for our 9-year-old daughter, and we would absolutely stay here again."
"Amazing experience here at Signiel Busan. From check in to check out, the staff was continuously professional, well-mannered, and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary offerings of this hotel, such as the pool, gym, and the exclusive Salon de Signiel lounge. Very satisfied with the level of service everywhere and fully what I expect from a five star hotel. Highly recommend, and I will most definitely stay at Signiel again when I go back to Busan."
"Pretty difficult to check in. There’s no front reception (it’s on the 3rd floor). The staff were not very friendly. A resident of the apartment block helped us more than the staff. Also absolutely everything is chargeable including the swimming pool! It was very expensive to use the pool and you couldn’t come in and out. You also had to pay to use the gym, any towels. There’s no basic amenities like other Korean hotels. They also fine you for your rubbish and binning it but there were no English translations to know this. The location is good and the apartment was nice but there are lots of hidden charges"
