"This is the best hotel in the world! The staff go above and beyond! Everyone is so kind ! The property is spotless and pictures don’t do it justice for how beautiful it is!!! Major shout out to Miho at aomi the Japanese restaurant she made my 30th birthday so memorable ! And went above and beyond! Also enjoyed sunset bar with Axel and the elder gentleman and young woman with short hair who always has such a bright smile on her face! Also Amy from the spa was sooo kind! Last the pool guy at the upstairs sunset pool was incredible as well! This is the first property that was 100/10 for me and made me realize 5 star hotels shouldn’t be called 5 star. Miss you guys and can’t wait to come back- Yolene O."
"Beautiful breakfast buffet and extremely friendly staff. The views from the Palm Towers were gorgeous .
My only concern is that most of the amenties are on a pay per use basis and quite expensive for the value they add (think mini golf or par 3 or beach chairs)"
"Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great.
Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though.
For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again. "
"We booked from Canada on Expedia and got a week for an incredible price including the nutritious and extensive breakfast buffet offering both western and local favorites. The hotel is quiet and offers many services including several pools, workout facilities facilities and an incredible Japanese onsen experience. I used the outdoor pools in a heavy rain, onsen is covered but experiencing the jungle while soaking was an unforgettable and therapeutic experience. Check in staff and all hotel staff are super friendly.
Many good souvenir shops and a convenience store in the hotel lobby. They have incredible evening live shows by the poolside including Okinawan drummers and dancers. Truly a memorable stay! After a week stay we got to know some of the staff and we were sad to say goodbye. "
