"From start to finish what a service. All the staff members are so helpful and courteous. The hotel has few issues but that’s all forgotten by exceptional service. "
"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old.
Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark.
Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "
"Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very special. Location is perfect for terminal 2 international and domestic and can be walked in a few minutes or via a free shuttle. Arrived very late and early checkout so didn't get to try the spa or even try breakfast after a late room service meal (which was excellent). All in all a superb hotel. "
"This is our second time staying here. It’s conveniently located - close to the domestic and international airports.
The staff are incredible. The food at the restaurants is very good too. I cannot fault this hotel on any front. Highly recommend it. "
