"I arrived here on my birthday. Sona the receptionist was very friendly and thoughtful. She allowed us to check in early and prepared a birthday surprise in the room. The bed was decorated with balloons and Happy Birthday bed cover. A birthday chocolate cake was also presented. This is the best surprise I've received from a hotel. Really appreciate it!"
