"The hotel is too far from the city! we had to checkout today and find for a suitable hotel inside the city! we used to walk for 1km to get a taxi to town which takes about 20min to get there! The hotel is suitable for guest with cars!"
"They lie on their listing claiming to have 24 hour shuttle, which they do not, they lie about the breakfast when you have two people listed on the booking the only allow you to have food for one person, lastly, there’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs and it’s quite the amount of stairs. Although they are aware of their false advertising, they don’t even try to do anything to make a customer happy you’re just supposed to put up with it."
