"So to be honest, this hotel did not feel like a five star hotel at all. It felt more like an elevated three star hotel. The bedsheets were not very white. The towels were not very white either the ground of the property nice big Special you know greenery everywhere however the feel of the place was not 5 that it was not luxury. It was more like a three star hotel elevated so that took away from the experience for me because I expected more but the staff very helpful. Very amazing people so that was the plus for me."
"Was an amazing place except for breakfast .. eating the same meals everyday gets a bit too much but great customer service and we will return ! Keep up the great work , it’s a very gorgeous property and communication was very thorough .

"All services were excellent except that I got checked into a garden facing room with a pungent damp smell but the staff relocated me to a fresh clean room upon complaining. So I’d say it was good overall"
