"The staff needs some hospitality training. They were not very friendly. Activities were not updated when not available and not very timely. Elevators were not as clean as they should have been."

Not the best restaurant options and it is up the hill. Which means you need to drive or a uber . Staff is in constant communication . Went for a solo birthday and loved it "
"The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed in the food selections and restaurants. They did not have much of anything open for breakfast and all of the restaurants were small and full for dinner. When I asked others staying at resort they said the food wasn't that great. However, the pizza by the pool was really good. We ended up having to go off site for all of our breakfast and dinners. It kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a resort that wasn't centrally located to restaurants. "
"Sapphire could be a very nice option. If they clean the place up. Its very outdated. Has a stale smell, my key card didn’t work for my room and i had to continuously get it fixed. We turned on a lamp in our room and knocked power to one side of the room. Property seem abandoned in some areas. Small Bugs in the room. Wasn’t enough wash towels. Positives, nice views from the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And tried their best to fix all the issues in A timely manner. Rooms are big in size. 5/10. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
