"The property was nice. The pool could have been cleaner. Upon arrival the toilet had been used and had urine on it but the staff immediately came and fixed it. The only other issue I had is that I booked a room that fits 3 and even registered the 3rd guest, then as I arrived I was charged $150 for extra persons even though registration said $0. Knowing what I know now I would stay at this hotel again. "

"The Spa was spectacular. My husband and I had the greatest couples massage ever.
The staff was very courteous and friendly.
I didn't go to the beach, but it looked great.
The food was fantastic.
I'm definitely planning to go back next summer.

"Dirty room, broken furniture, lazy staff (had to beg for a sheet change - had only 1 in a week), unhelpful front desk staff - overall - worst place we ever stayed at. The cost of this hotel was ridiculous for what we got. So disappointed!!"
"Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. "
"Kitchen - above stove area needs more lighting. Missing sink drain stopper, was a chip in countertop which is too high and stools were too high for short people or old people to get up to

Avoid talking to morning security guard across the street at bottom of hill going towards the Flamingo Beach Hilton vacation Club. She won’t let you walk pass if you talk to her…I guess just doing her power tripping job…many people said just walk through without talking to her…other security guards just smile..at you."
"Very pretty resort on the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was helpful and kind in almost every way. We had Sasha as our waitress many times in the restaurant and she was pleasant and helpful. Our next trip to St. Marteen will include Oyster Bay Resort."
