"The doors to the hotel are located at the entrance to the train station. If you find the trollies then you're in the right spot. Search for the doors near that entrance. The hotel staff were very helpful and the connections to the trains and trollies were convenient. There are many great food option around this area of Hiroshima. I would definitely return to this hotel. "
"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! They also have a free shuttle to and from the subway station. Thank you for the excellent hospitality & delicious assortment of local food. "

Although the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the port and major attractions, the complimentary shuttle service is very convenient and generally available upon request during working hours. Considering the price, it's a great value for money."
