"Very busy at breakfast. Unfortunately coffee machines not working so long ques. Chef at egg station a little slow.
All staff were wonderful and both our rooms were great. "
"The breakfast was excellent and included hot items. Location-wise, just a walking distance to the Buda castle and off the bridge leading to the commercial area. "
"The property was modern, well appointed and well maintained. The staff were helpful, the room clean & quiet and the bed very comfortable.
The hotel's central location made it quite convenient to explore the downtown area. We would definitely stay here in the future."
"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk.
On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy.
Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
