"Lovely place to stay, very accessible to the city. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay and booked a transfer from the airport which worked really well & they also arranged the return transfer which took any stress out of the process. Breakfast good selection. Spa was good we had massages & hamam & the outdoor area was good to sit, relax & swim. Would recommend this Riad for your stay."

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call the police. They held my suitcases and passport in my room and did not inform me that I was supposed to checkout on the 19th until I returned from my day out. Overall customer service is very poor and unprofessional, there is no customer satisfaction not the price paid is worth the amenities. Paid similar price at the ritz and had the best ever experience and service. This shows how the hospitality in French managed hotels in Morocco and the customer service in general still lacking and the bureau of tourism should be aware of these issues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else in the future."

A little way out from the medina but just about walkable. Or a short taxi ride.
M Street next door has some good eating options if you want to stay close to the hotel and save some money."
