"All the staff were very helpful even though we’re only there for a few hours since we have to go to Terminal 3 for 1am for our flight to Bali. Kudos to the concierge team!!!"
"The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the property is showing its age and could benefit from updates and renovations. The furnishings, carpets, and bathrooms appeared dated, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear.
While the room was generally clean and functional, it lacked the modern amenities and refreshed appearance found in newer hotels. The overall experience was acceptable for a short stay, but travelers looking for a more contemporary or upscale environment may want to consider other options."
