"This review is based on what to expect from a hotel at this price point. For what it is, was comfortable, clean, roomy, close to a couple of restaurants and did the job. A sign on the entry gate with the hotel name would have saved a lot of arrival hassles"
"Great place, super clean, quiet, spacious with great guests and professional staff who speak English. Laundry is 500 tenge and there is plenty of space for bicycles. The rooms have AC too. Would recommend 110%"
"Enjoyed the comfortable be and very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light."
