"From the minute we arrived outside and were offered refreshing drinks the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is gorgeous: comfortable beds by the outdoor pool, a large hot tub and friendly bar staff. It hosts a celebration of Jamaican art and culture in the corridors and rooms which gives a sense of character which can be lost in some high-end but cloned hotels. Here we knew we were in Kingston. Breakfast was great. Everyone was tuned in to ensuring we had a wonderful stay."
"The hotel was neat clean and inviting. The reception area had a pleasant fruity aroma and was nicely decorated. The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was included and was excellent which gave us a good start to our day. The staff was pleasant and the amenities were fine. Hotel location was central and convenient."
"Unfortunately I could not sleep the entire night in room 305 because yhe light from terrace outside the room shone through the bathroom which in turn shone through the bathroom door which also haveglass and thst light came through to the sleeping srea. It was like sleeping in broad daylight."

Worst of all, a disco nearby blared loud music until 2am (airline crews staying at the hotel have been complaining for some time) and all the hotel person said was “it’s outside our property so we can do nothing about it” "
