"I have a gluten free diet and the staff were so understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My flight was delayed and the helper manager at reception helped arrange a ln alternative flight. They were all filling hospitality grace and kindness. I felt welcomed on arrival and was comfortable on the room daily where the cleaners knocked to ask if you need anything every night. Over all an excellent experience"

"The swimming pool is very small. Rooms are very noisy but the ones on the National Park are a bit better. During 2 days, the rooftop and pool were privatised for a noisy party night and day. This was awful! On the bright side, the restaurant is good. Room-service is very limited and not the best dishes on the menu so don't use it and go to the restaurant, you will be surprised. The gift shop is a fraud. Some items have tagged prices, for the others you need to ask the shop attendant. I went first with my colleagues and my colleague bought bracelets at a certain price. I went back the next day alone and the price had tripled!!!"

"This turned out to be the best experience of our trip. Gorgeous property in a safe and walkable area to many restaurants and shops. The staff are so kind, helpful, and go over and above to ensure guests are happy. There’s a wonderful restaurant on the property. Great food and great variety. Excellent coffee. This property supports the Kibera community by donating profits to the community. There’s a shop on the property where you can buy beautiful crafts, jewelry made in the community. Everyone here is always smiling and so kind. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have anything you can need along with special great smelling soaps and hair products. We look forward to returning to Nairobi and staying at Acacia tree lodge again. Thank you Stephen for sharing your beautiful life and community with us. You are forever in our hearts."
