Property class 3 Hotels in Pass-a-Grille

"The resort has great beach access with lots of things to do. Our room was generally clean, but there were areas that appeared had not been cleaned in a very long time, such as the A/C return vent and places like the top of the thermostat; these were filthy. Housekeeping is upon request, although one time they came in without a request. The one time we did make a request for additional coffee, our request was never fulfilled. The front desk, restaurant and bar staff are very good. However, none of the other site staff seem to understand English which makes communicating nearly impossible. When housekeeping was near we request toilet paper and Kleenex. The housekeeper had no idea what we were talking about and we had to play charades to get what we needed. Another significant issue was the elevator near our room. It was very slow and several times during our stay it was closed for service. This was the case when we were checking out and ended up having to carry our luggage down the stairs. Overall the the resort is nice, but for the price we will probably explore alternatives for our next visit. "

"My wife and I just spent 4 days here while our son was in a baseball tournament. We stayed in a king room. The rooms were basic (bed, shower, fridge, microwave) they were very clean and the AC worked great. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options each morning to choose from. (Eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, cereal, Yogurt, fruit, bagel, bread, juice, coffee etc) Our room was right beside the pool, we didn’t use the pool as the weather was a bit cooler for Florida, but it was clean and well lit at night. There was lots of parking. This hotel is very close to the airport, you will hear planes arriving and departing at all hours. But that really didn’t bother us at all. The staff were great. They were friendly and attentive when we asked for anything. They also had onsite laundry which was clean and easy to use. $3 per load. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this hotel if in the St Pete’s/Clearwater area again in the future. "

"While the rooms were a little small (2 queen with balcony) they were clean & and the resort had so many amenities that we forgot about the smallish room. We had a resort view but could still see the ocean. We loved that there are so many activities the kids can participate in. We’ll definitely be back! "
