"It was a large property not far from Disney and close to stores and gas stations if you need to run out for anything. The staff were friendly. The water park was enjoyable and there were multiple pools.
The resort food and drinks were expensive, and they needed more lounge chairs near the pools. The property was definitely showing signs of wear and tear.
Check in was at 4 but our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby until 5:30 before we were finally given a room key. When we got to the room, it was not properly cleaned. We asked for house keeping to return and finish cleaning a few things while we ran to the store but upon returning we found all they did was come empty the kitchen trash. Luckily we had bought our own cleaning supplies and finished the job. The room also had a terrible smell of mold and mildew. We didn't notice it at first due to the cleaners having been there, but it was strong the next morning. We would have asked to switch rooms if we had been staying more than just a couple days.
We got a 2 bed, 2 bath condo and it was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and there was plenty of seating out in the main area. Also, there was a large balcony, which we enjoyed. We could also see some of the Disney fireworks from our balcony.
Overall, it is a good property for families and has a lot of potential, but needs some work. I felt that the coat was too high for the experience we got. "
"We had issues with someone throwung things from a 6th floor balcony, one being a frozen bottle of water. Security couldn't do anything and Osceola police were usless. "
