"Shuttle to airport comes to the hotel door roughly every 30 mins and takes 50 mins as this is the first pickup.
Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
We had a meal in the restaurant and quality was high. Would stay here again"

"Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes."
"Rooms are ok very large. Stay was fine and had room cleaned once over the 3 days. Asked for ice and a new tv remote battery and both requested were completed in less than 10 minutes. Nice and central. Coffee shop on federation street right across from the main entrance is a must go. Coffee excellent and we all loved the breakfast options. Healthy and tasty. "
"I stayed here 3 times over the course of a few weeks. Each time was excellent. I had a very peaceful sleep in a lovely looking room. Bed was comfy. Quiet room. Bathroom is modern and very nice.
A nice small touch was this hotel gave 2 packets of biscuits whereas their other locations gave just one!
The airport shuttle is punctual and easy to use for free. "
