"Spa booking done for 2 x persons, were given time of 16.50pm which I thought as weird time, so went to Spa to confirm to find that booking was done for 16.15 but only for 1 x persons. If I haden,t hone past to check, we woulden,t had the booking. Staff in experienced I guess.
Hotel water drains need attention as there is a bad smell in showers. Heve stayed in vatious rooms and same smell
Food in pool restaurant not for 5 star standard.Otherwise nice stay and great service."

Room was clean ,a few stained towels. Given a dodgy ironing board.
No gowns or slippers in the rooms had to be requested. Room near the parki area so alot of movemen until late.. maybe sound proof abit. "
"Loved the location, appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, excellent team spirit, the chef went out of his way to ensure that I was well fed, top class service with a smile.
Very grateful to Sedeeka for her patience and knowledge of things to do and places to go.
