The staff were absolutely incredible. Knew our names as we walked around. So attentive. So thoughtful and caring. Everything taken care of. Exactly what you’d want in a Four Seasons.

The other staff really looked after us, Youssef, Halil, Khalid, Ines, Wael, Ahmed, Souhail, Immas and Nour.
The spa is sight to see and felt so relaxed coming home.

"Checkin was easy and there's a restaurant on site with very helpful staff. Mohammed at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good and a nice start to the morning. The room and shower were large and clean. The only negative I would say is the location. It's only near a terrible park (Belvedere) and a zoo which said it was open but wasn't. It's a pretty sketchy & dirty area. The hotel itself was fine."

I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tunisia it has a relaxing atmosphere and the food was great especially the breakfast and the buffet at the Tunisia restaurant. Proximity to the beach is convenient. 5/5 ranking."
"Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊.
One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!"
