"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here. "
"Check in and check out was pleasant. The room was nice and like a small apartment. I saw the housekeepers, but they never serviced my room. If you are use to having a safe in your hotel room, there was none. Also if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool, this isn't for you. It is not a bad place to stay all around."

"The makority of the property is clean. The rooms were clean and very neat. The only thing I would recommend is that the carpets need cleaning really bad throughout the hotel. The noise level within the rooms was horrible. I could hear everything from the hall and next door inside my room. I did not have a peaceful stay."
