"It was a nice weekend stay for my family with 2 kids. The one-bedroom signature suite had sufficient space, bed was comfy and toilet generally clean. Only regret was the add-on foldable bed which we ordered for my child - it felt very aged and probably should be replaced with a new one.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Wine and food experience was nice. Will definitely visit again."
"Everything was excellent, except for a feature consistent in the 3 Accor brand hotels I've used this year: the shower floor is floored with very smooth tiles, and there is no grab rail provided inside the shower. Showering with soap, shampoo and hair conditioner creates such a falling hazard that I'm surprised Accord's insurance company hasn't flagged the issue."
