"Staff were helpful . It should be noted this is an enormous complex and there are areas that do not adequately suit people with mobility issues . All of the seating is extremely low , some ramp access do not meet standards as inclines exceed the 1:14 gradient . Staff were helpful and friendly ."

Had a really lovely stay here—comfortable room, great service, and everything was clean and well looked after. But honestly, the standout was the shower. Properly hot water and amazing pressure. It was one of those showers you don’t want to get out of. Would happily stay again just for that alone!"

"Moss is well located in the waterside presinct, Salamanca so very convenient for exploring Hobart. It is however very noisy as a popular bar is located at it's floor level which pumps music throuout the rooms until late. This ruined ot for me. I would not recommend Moss for this reason"
