"Lovely hotel, room and staff in perfect location. Be aware that there are steep steps to get to upper floors and our air con was set to heat when it was actually warm outside. "
"Hotel is in a great location, central to the old town and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and cafes and the bus stop for the Express 100 bus to/from the airport. Hotel is modern and clean and staff are lovely. Amenities are minimal for a high end hotel (ie kettle but no coffee machine, shop in lobby rather than stocked mini bar, vanity kits in bathroom on request only) but it had everything you need and is great for a short stay."
"The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of their very expensive caps. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the executive lounge, as the staff really try hard to make you feel at home. I would return just to use the lounge!"
"This is the second time we have stayed here and both times the shower door leaked, so there was water on the floor in the bathroom after we took a shower. The shower door does not fit tight.
The breakfast was excellent!"
"This was the perfect location for dining or shopping! Everything is walkable and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The noise from the streets below was rough at times, definitely worse on weekends. Quiet during the week. "
