"Yes clean room however no fly screens on sliding door or windows so no fresh air. No bed lamps in brm. Air con worked however vent missing on front.. seems around age of atrium. Was nice and close to shops eating houses etc. "

"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised
We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition.
There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The air conditioning upstairs was also very average and struggled to cool the space properly.
Overall, it felt like false advertising, as the online photos do not reflect the current state of the property at all. We wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend it unless significant improvements and updates are made."
