"A good luxury hotel in Mumbai- good buffet breakfast & good restaurants in the hotel itself. The staff is polite, courteous & efficient- as you find all over India. The pool was refreshing but a bit busy. "
"I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days.
Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations.
Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel, which clearly does not value its customers. I will never stay there again or at any hotel owned or operated by this conglomerate."
