"Fairly new property convenient to highways. Walk to fast food restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Panera, Pollo Tropical) and Target.
Room equipped with full size frig, microwave, countertop 2 burner stove and coffee pot. No plates, silverware or pans. They have to be rented at the front desk.
As it’s an extended stay type hotel, no breakfast, although they do have a coffee/tea station in the lobby. Rooms not cleaned daily unless you pay for service. Cleaned free once a week.
Elevator was broken 2 times during my 5 night stay.
Hotel worked for my needs."
"We love the Hyatt Regency for the kitchens. Our family makes breakfast and lunch in the room and enjoys dinner at the walkable restaurants. There's a grocery store nearby so we stock up on food, snacks and drinks for the beach. Highly recommend a room on the south side of the hotel."
"Our stay at the Palm for the short stay was ideal. The hotel was under construction so the pool and garden area were not accessible. The elevator needed some servicing, getting stock sometimes. But for a small hotel the stairs were easy to take. And its understandable while under construction. It appeared that they were short on staff. The room was plain, the bare minimal but for the fee not bad as everything was new and more European style furniture. I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom."
"Second time visiting, everything is a 5 star about this place. The only counter I have which I wrote the last time I was here and still hadn’t been corrected is that the pool resort activities feel like a nuisance to the staff. No matter what time 11am, 1pm, 3pm whenever I showed up to the activity suppose it was 3:05pm they had forgotten about the activity and seemed annoyed I was asking about it. Please don’t charge the resort fee if you won’t actually hold up to your word about the resort activities. They’d still bring it out 10min late and then others would start & enjoy the activities once they were out after I had requested them. Other than that everything was amazing and I will still come back. Please just fix that one small thing"
