"We loved every experience out of it. Well maintained property and surrounding area. Staff were above and beyond, very warm and welcoming. Easily to name Jeannete, Bairo, Camilo, Julie, Kevin, David. Hotel taxi was also awesome, señor Jorge and Diego. Will easily recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Bogota close to good restaurants, shopping malls and nightlife activities. Also in short distance of medical center (clinica Santa Fe)."
"The checkin took around 17 minutes.
The worst part was that the a/c didn’t work, I called to the front desk to request the fixing from someone of the maintenance department. After 20 aprox that nobody had come to the room, I called again to the front desk, the receptionists said the guy was busy. The guy finally appeared 15 minutes later, he checked and realized the a/c was not working at all, then he offered to bring a portable A/c unit, it was around 1:30 am, neither the a/c nor the guy came to the room. Of course the room was warm and the night was terrible."
"Airport Shuttle personnel and Staff were cordial, professional and helpful.
Room cleanliness could be improved.
We had a late arrival and were hungry, restaurant was closing so we couldn’t sit at restaurant, however were able to order but had to be delivered to room; couldn’t sit at outside garden or in lobby. We wanted to relax and dine in an open space after a very long flight and extremely long airport lines on arrival. This was the most we disliked about the Hotel"
"The shuttle only works every hour. The hotel is not that close to the airport. We had a good experience overall but would consider hotels that have more frequent shuttles and closer to the airport next time."
