"This hotel is ideally located in the Lo Wu district of Shenzhen, public transport is within walking distance. The train station to Gaungzhou is literally across the road. There are many shopping areas nearby and you are also spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants too.
The hotel is dated but still offers great value. The staff were very helpful and informative. I would have no hesitation recommending this establishment."
"I didn’t like that the bellboy never give us the right information, we ask for a 24 hours massage, and twice we gave home the name but he sent us to a location that he is working with I guess, but other than that everything was excellent"

"este hotel no ofrece acceso al Gym para los que se hospedan en Four points solo para la torre anexa que es el Sheraton, igual el acceso a la piscina esta restringido solo para ellos, el Desayuno es muy completo , variado y destacado, el servicio de transporte al terminal de l metro de tung chung y al aeropuerto es excelente."
"Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again. "
