"The public spaces in the hotel are lovely.
However, our room was not as nice. The controller in the shower came off in our hands if we weren’t careful. The shower door didn’t close all the way. The water in the basin drained very slowly and didn’t drain at all on our last day.
I reported two issues that I considered potential hygiene issues in the outside dining area but neither were addressed.
The staff were very nice but didn’t seem motivated to fix things that were wrong. This made us feel uncomfortable."

"The location was really good and easy to access. The breakfast staff were very and helpful. The person who checked us in was very accommodating and helpful."
"Clean room, but old and relatively cheap furniture. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom mirror lights didn’t work, shower door didn’t close. Room could use more hooks to hang things."
