"Location was great. However the room was terrible! Cramped, no storage space, noisy, and the negatives could go on. The outside of the building looked like a high-rise jail block house. And the room seemed like a prison cell. We had a single double bed that was pushed up to one wall and only allowed about 16 inched of space on the other side to walk around. No storage, only a couple of hanging hooks. Bath area was of modular design with plumbing below raised floor. I'm 6 foot tall and I had to duck down as to not hit my head on the shower ceiling. Price was ok for the area, but if I ever went back I WOULD NOT stay at this property again. 4 nights was painful. Spend a few dollars more and go somewhere else. Besides, if you loose your room key it's Y2,000 added to your bill. If you want and extra pillow - you pay extra (rental fee)."
"Room was great, with a makeup area. Bathroom a bit tight, but overall great. Great location and proximity to Shinjuku station, coffee shops, and Government Buildings for evening shows. Staff went above and beyond with little kids and extra touches. There is a 7/11 on site and does baggage service but not for large suitcase, only small. Hotel has a service which is slightly higher than 7/11 and cash or room charge only so plan ahead. There is a 7/11 across the street that may take larger suitcases but we didn’t have time. Hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Disneyland which was a bonus and enjoyed by our kids. Easier than transporting by train with suitcases!!"
"Overall this is in a great location, close to trains. Where we struggled was the elevator situation. We would wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Everything time we would want to leave or return we were waiting for an elevator. Additionally, the rooms were very small. My husband is 6’2” and struggled. The dryers in the laundry room took an hour and a half to dry, and even then they were still damp.
It’s a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby, and lounge are lovely, the pool area lovely as well. It’s just the laundry room, elevators and size of room."
